If you have tried mushroom coffee and quietly stopped, there is a decent chance the reason was the format rather than the mushrooms. Most of this category is instant powder. You spoon it into hot water, stir, and drink something that is closer to a hot beverage sachet than to coffee. People do that for a week or two and go back to the coffee they actually like.

It does not dissolve. You brew it, the way you already brew coffee.

Questions people ask before they buy
Is this instant coffee?
No. It is ground coffee and it does not dissolve in water. Brew it in a drip machine or a French press. Pour-over works less well because the grind is finer than most pour-over setups want.
Does it taste like mushrooms?
It tastes earthy and slightly herbal. It is a medium roast and it is not trying to be a dark roast. If you drink your coffee black and strong, start with a lighter brew ratio and adjust.
How much is in a bag?
Ten ounces, which is about 19 cups.
What are the mushrooms?
